I can’t begin to stress how important this is at times. Friends are great. It’s truly priceless to have real ones. People who don’t get jealous over your happiness and success, people who don’t carry ulterior motives or hidden agendas. People who have sincere love for you, and genuinely want to see you shine. BUT, sometimes that is VERY rare. For example, you could know someone for YEARS, and they may not have the same intention for you, as someone you’ve known for only a month. Sometimes it’s very difficult to find people who are purely from the heart. People who will pull you up with them, people who motivate you, people who are happy when you are happy. And when you have achieved something you never thought you could, those friends are there -cheering you on, congratulating you from the heart. Because they understand what it took for you to get to where you are today. It’s sad, but reality - that people can be with you one minute, and then the next, they’re against you. It’s important to be careful with who you let in, and how much you let them in. Because friends are great, but people are fickle. Remember that.
